Dr. David K. Ornstein is an outstanding urologist and oncologist who genuinely cares for his patients, but most importantly he is a gifted and superb surgeon. I had both a partial nephrectomy for a benign renal mass and a radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer; finding a surgeon capable of doing more than one procedure with robotic assisted surgical tools is not a common occurrence. I truthfully can tell you that both of my surgeries produced extraordinary results, and the fears I had regarding the risks associated with a radical prostatectomy that could have negatively affected my quality of life did not materialize. I owe this to Dr. Ornstein's skill in performing this lifesaving surgery on me. My follow-ups have indicated the best outcomes possible, and I am of the belief that the cancer was completely removed and there will be no recurrence.
